A History of Pipe Smoking

Justin Fornal , host of Science Channel's UNEXPLAINED AND UNEXPLORED takes a deep dive into one of his favorite topics, the history of pipes and tobacco.

Using examples from his vast personal collection, Fornal will take guests on a smoky journey through Native American caluments, Colonial clays, Turkish meerschaums, Corsican briars, various waterpipes and many many more. From a sacred tool of ingenious people to a multi billion dollar global industry, the pipe making aesthetic continues to evolve and change with the times.
