In conjunction with the exhibition, Summer with the Averys [Milton | Sally | March], Whitney Museum Curator and Milton Avery Scholar Barbara Haskel will join Ken Silver, Bruce Museum Adjunct Curator, and Stephanie Guyet, Zvi Grunberg Resident Fellow, to discuss the artistic Avery family and the significance of two decades of annual summer travels together that influenced both their family dynamic and creative output.
Reception 6:00 pm and Open Galleries, lecture 6:30 pm. Advance registration required. Bruce Museum members and students with ID, free; nonmembers $15.
