In this film, Connecticut historian Ed Kirby discusses and narrates the complex history of ironmaking in the Salisbury Iron District, a geographic region that includes Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York State. The film runs for 30 minutes and will be followed by a tour of the Treasures of the Earth exhibition.
